Tasted the '15. Pours pineapple in color. ON THE NOSE: rope melon, green apple, butter. ON THE PALATE: toasted oak, vanilla, ripe apple. Full body medium (+) finish.

Suprisingly pleasant popcorn buttery barrel ferment CA Chardonnay!

By the second glass I could finally taste vanilla (???)

More of a restrained #california #chardonnay that remains enjoyable despite the buttery and oak style. The moderate acidity certainly helps.

Really enjoyed the 2021 vintage on May 10’ 2023. Yes, buttery and oakey flavors. Would recommend!
