Interestingly enough this wine is so tropical. One of two Chardonnays in a blind tasting. Fresh and lean, somewhat restrained. Tangy, zesty acidity showing through a palate coating mouthfeel, lemon-likw acidity pulling through to elongate the finish. Notes of mango skin, ripe honeydew melon, white peach, nectarine and apricot make themselves known up front with some underlying candied pineapple, toasted oak, lees and spiced lime.
