This 2015 Pinot Gris is a blend of grapes from the cool-climate regions of the Adelaide Hills and Tasmania.
It’s a crystal clear lemon colour on the eye. Notes of fresh pear, a squeeze of lime, grapefruit zest and a hint of minerality come through on the nose. While in the mouth it’s crisp and zesty, fresh and clean, and is full of tropical fruits like melon with some pineapple sweetness and subtle minerals. Yum yum.
