Ruby/brick in color with an orange rim that shows some aging.
On the Nose, cherries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, currants, plums, oak, vanilla, spices and black pepper.
Medium bodied and smooth.
Fruity on the nose with strawberries, vanilla, cloves, oak and sherry.
Long finish with big, angular tannins and vanilla.
Still Unbalanced and Needs 3 to 5 years to become its own. However, Drinkable now with a very distinct flavor.
The grapes were hand picked and fermentation took 3 weeks. Aged in oak barrels for 14 months ( 90% French oak and 10% American) Only 550 cases were produced.
100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
14% alcohol by volume.

Fruity on the palate with cherries, earth, forest floor, black currents, strawberries, vanilla and licorice.
Full bodied, bold and austere.
Medium finish with Hugh, angular tannins and black pepper.
This is not easily drinkable right now. Needs 5 - 7 years of aging to become enjoyable. Has great potential to become a nice old world wine.
Aged for 12 months in new oak barrels (90% French oak and 10% American oak), and an additional year in used oak barrels.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
