Rather aromatic with pronounced nettle and lychee plus some guava and hay. On the palate very linear and quite lean with grapefruit acidity and an interesting slightly bitter edge adding to the complexity. The large wood in which it was aged for 8m is completely unnoticeable. Works nice with a dorada from the oven.
