sand, silt, clay. happy to have this legacy brand back in Ohio. 1st woman in CA w/her name on the label. always been organic. always organic. pretty nose, but closed. fermented in FR oak-20% new. 40% malo. soft, clean, tart apples, pear, bit of baking spice. very long lasting.
