I thought the taste of the wine was good, but the back end lacked the tannins on my tongue to grip it in. Lizzi loved the wine and it’s smoothness.

As always a great Paso Robles red blend. Mostly Cabernet with Syrah and Malbec. Smooth and flavorful with hints of blackberries. Wonderful and lingering finish. Had it at Huisache Grill in New Braunfels with pecan crusted pork tenderloin. Great match.
