Oct 11th, 2021The velvety texture is not there. I love Halter Ranch Cab! This is different. It’s a bit too edgy. Licorice and green herbs on the nose. Dark burgundy with hints of amber in the glass. Rolls thick on the tongue. Not very fruity but more woodsy. Quite astringent. Will it settle down with time? Only time will tell.

Great GSM blend with strong tannins with nice fresh oak. Delicious notes of bright red fruits, a bit of charcoal, and tobacco.
