Star bright pale straw gold. Inviting nose and light-bodied palate of underripe pineapple, citrus rind, white pepper, and a hint of vanilla anise on the moderate finish. Medium plus, tannin-like acidity; right about where a California SB should be. A bit bright for my taste (#TeamBordeauxBlanc) but it’s a solid central California SB that will complement everything from greens to seafood. Drink now.

Fresh pineapple with some white flowers and a little mango overall a sweet and fruity nose I always get a dusty and grassy pallet from Paso wines and that is present here but mixed with some light sweet tropical fruit notes and an overarching spicy minerality it has a lot going on for a savignon blanc in this price range but doesn’t really come together for me

Not offensive but one of the most boring wines I've had in awhile. Would use for cooking except it's not cheap enough for that. Also the bottle is really tall and thin so it doesn't fit in my fridge door easily. Self, don't buy again.
