Hall Ranch

Paso Robles Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Star bright pale straw gold. Inviting nose and light-bodied palate of underripe pineapple, citrus rind, white pepper, and a hint of vanilla anise on the moderate finish. Medium plus, tannin-like acidity; right about where a California SB should be. A bit bright for my taste (#TeamBordeauxBlanc) but it’s a solid central California SB that will complement everything from greens to seafood. Drink now. — 4 years ago
