Awa Yuki Sparkling Sake

I’m not a huge sake fan, but the restaurant poured this as part of a dish. It was pretty fun. Stone fruit, effervescent, a touch sweet but balanced.

Sparkling saké; toasty, sweet white peach, delicious. Like alcoholic sprite remix, haha.
