3 Years Snow Aged Junmai Ginjo Sake

I’m not sure I can tell what is the difference between the 3yr and older versions but I’m pretty confident that side by side you will like the longer age. It’s subtle but evident and I didn’t think that right off the bat.

Aug 6th, 2024I’m a fan of this although it is from a large brewer that some say is industrial. Really nice and certainly on the heavier/bolder side of the house. They said grilled meats - don’t doubt this work. I had it with a tuna course.
