Jumped through a few hoops to get this one but it was worth it. High acid but some balancing body. Nose brings lemon and some minerality, taste is tart, lemony and finishes with a touch of honey and flowers. Minerality on the tongue cones across a bit harsh but it's covered up if you pair it with rich foods. Would honestly drink this without question, if I came across it again!

Mainly citrus but with sweet notes like tangerine with a floral note on the nose like jazmin or lemongrass maybe, on the palate mainly citrusy/sweet with an earthy note and a sweet tropical fruit aftertaste like pineappjle maybe.
