Alsace Riesling virgin until tonight. Delicious, moorish and free!! Friends thought it too sweet but I did not think it was too acidic or sweet on the back of a chicken and red onion salad. Need to explore more of these wines.

Superb white wine with a great sweetness in the back of my toungue. I could taste the smoothness and a hint of lime. Paired well with my homemade pesto.
