Alsace Riesling virgin until tonight. Delicious, moorish and free!! Friends thought it too sweet but I did not think it was too acidic or sweet on the back of a chicken and red onion salad. Need to explore more of these wines.

Outstanding lychee aroma lead the other tropical fruits and flowers notes. Light body, easy drinking. Very well balanced. Thought the intensity is just medium but the complexity is very good. Off-dry.
