Ribeira Sacra Blanco Godello
Ribeira Sacra, Galicia, Spain
Basil, fresh grass, pepper, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, tangerine, beeswax. Honey, tart lime, marigold, and wet stone on the palate. Long finish. Pronounced intensity. Medium(-) acidity. Blended with a bit of Albariño.

New vintage just arrived, vibrant and textural. Pear skin, a hint of waxiness, and herbs and slate on the finish.

2014 is in a great place right now, showing fresh and vibrant fruit, acid and minerality, old vines all in tank on the lees over winter. #voteforPedro

Old vine Godello from steep slopes of slate, raised all in tank without ML. Tight like a 🐯 when da cork is popped, but ooh-la-la with plenty of air. So good with Moroccan eggplant and carrot salads.
