Nose is rich and full with lees driven crisp apple, pear and lemon curd fruit. Nicely focused palate with yeasty notes with bright yellow fruit tones. Rich but precise finish.

Racy, vibrant nose with green apple, lemon and lime zest fruit and just a hint of leesy richness. Palate is round for Blanc de Blanc with pear, apple and tangerine fruit tones. Rich and textured in the finish.
