Sexy Pinot. Ripe and juicy. Sexy. Made me think of American Pie. "This one time....at band camp". Just leave the flute at home.

Gorgeous. Structured fruit, med + body with layers and layers of red delicious apple, marasca cherry and orange peel, some herbs and sweet moss on the finish.

The nose is dominated by warm oak and the high alcohol rears its head with a long pull. It's an inviting scent. The rusty edges give way to a light purple. Interesting hints of Syrah at first. Tannins and acidity are very low and the finish is really smooth. Glad I caught it at a discounted price. Not worth $60 but still really good.

2011 - luscious bouquet; better after opening up a bit; great legs, medium long slightly tart finish.
