Wants to come across as a high voltage wine with the 14.7% abv, yet Kurt has found away to bring it all together. I believe this producer is one of the most underrated winemakers out there. Seductive nose-cream as in butterscotch, pithy peach, and wild jasmine, lovely! Honey, dried apricots, brioche, macadamia. One the back of the palate I get a dose of minerals and iron that rolls into the flattering mouthfeel to finish the taste. Wonderful. Preferred it a little cooler then cellar temp.
