At first a little heat on the nose. Give a lot of air before drinking it. At one hrs began to developed a wonderfully nose. Love the nose more that the mouth feeling.

In the ‘test kitchen’ tonight working on a turkey recipe for the big day tomorrow. This is a big wine! Needs a little air but is showing nicely. Tannins are present but restrained. A bit of grip on the finish but the dark fruits and cedar notes linger nicely. The label is a little obnoxious but it is what’s inside that counts. 😂
