Ruby purple. Fruit and spice. Oh so smooth. Paired with grilled burgers on Memorial Day. Wish I had more

Absolutely perfect. Slight decant and it opened right up. 2005 vintage.

Deep dark color. Dark fruit on the nose. Incredibly smooth. Drinking well now, but will wait to open another one. I preferred the 2012. Paired well with grilled maple brine birkshire pork chops

Bright, unripened red currants layer overtop anonymous dark fruits. Hairy on the palette; ultra-aggressive tannins. This is young and fierce after 2 hours of decant. Dramatically more assertive than the 2009 after similar time in bottle. Give the 2010 another 5 to 20 years.

2010 -- bold, upfront flavors. Thick taste. Nice, long lasting finish. Significantly better after given time to breathe.

Bursting with ripe black cherry on the nose and palette. Medium acid, medium+ tannins. Went damned well with Eric Ripert's recipe for pork tenderloin w/ mushrooms and sage.

2010 vintage. I usually enjoy their wines, this one had a sharp bite, perhaps I should have put it in the cellar and waited 5 years.
