Might be due to improper storing, the inside of the bottle was coated with potassium bitartrate sediment. Wine was dark purple with hints of blackberry and dark ripe plum. Very smooth, initially dry with lush feel. Great, we wanted more.

Maybe because it was the first glass I have had all week but this punched way above it’s weight class!

Dark purple red, silkily smooth and elegant. Blackberry, chocolate and plum with a nice mellow tannin finish. This vintage is great and can stand another 3 years perhaps 5.
