This has a full body and nose. Nose of tropical fruits, pineapple, Meyer lemon, maybe a bit of fresh peeled almond too. You can almost smell the acidity, which coats the palate (not in a brash way). There’s a creaminess that sits on the tongue. There’s a bit of honey as well. The acidity mellows with time in the glass.

A mineral driven Soave with alluring aromas of stone fruits, toasted nuts, and hint of white flower. Brisk acidity balanced by a round palate. Lovely!
70% Garganega and 30% Trebbiano di Soave, all from the 4 HA of the Monte Grande Cru Pra owns. The grapes were air dried on vine for about 1 month before they were picked.
