Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah Blend

Bought in fredricksberg,tx as part of wine club. Very sweet blend. 2nd bottle from Grape Creek that is sub par.

Who's your daddy?

This is the first vintage of the Cab/Syrah that i have loved. Little drier and bolder than previous vintages. Look forward to tasting this over the next few years.

Membership wine! Flavorful and well rounded. Berry notes

Velvety smooth flavor with wonderful notes of vanilla and chocolate! Well balanced.

Too much variation between bottles I've tried from this winery. Definite step down from 2012

I enjoyed this very much given we tasted and bought this after a barrel tasting and tour. Easy to drink and I'd be happy to share this with friends.

Good wine. Fruity on the tip of the tongue (blackberries/plums) yet dry on the back. Quite acidic and strong tannins, but it was a little young. A bit more age, and allowing it to open a bit more, would have served it well.

Drinking this when the lights went out. Power generator backup worked great.
