It smells like Brunello. Chocolate, prune, dark cherry, espresso beans, graham cracker. Also a savory porcini mushroom thing going.
Super soft and integrated tannins. Velvety texture.
So dangerously quaffable. Ever so slightly sharp on the finish.

Ripe red fruits, oak, sweet spice. Medium plus body and acidity. Quite hot with medium plus intensity. Long finish, however I think I prefer old world dusty Sangiovese.
