52% Cinsault 24% Grenache 24% Syrah. Light salmon pink, excellent clarity. Strawberry and herb notes in nose. Strawberry and cherry flavors, maybe some watermelon too. Dry. Slightly hot, slightly tart. Fruit flavors are toned down, some skin astringency in finish. Don't overchill this one. Restrained but well structured, not something I'm used to saying about roses but it applies here. Briefly reviewed in Eric Asimov's column on top American roses, July 5, 2018 New York Times

On the nose, strawberries, watermelon, tangerine and rose petals. On the palate, the fruits are ripe and delicate; strawberries, watermelon, tangerine & grapefruit. There's a nice intensity of soft chalky minerals with hints of sea spray. The body is so lean and delicious, you'd have no problem crushing a bottle very quickly on a hot day.

Very beautiful salmon pink color. Surprisingly mineral, which differentiates this wine from the other rose. Wish I could have these bottles in the cellar all the time!
