Gramercy Cellars
Lower East Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Smooth. Starts out a little sweet, but the oak blows off after a bit. Could use some more structure but tastes pretty good!

Feb 8th, 2018A bit one dimensional and simple. Aroma, weight, and finish are all there... nothing off-putting... but nothing amazing. Quarantine filets, rich mashed, and wedge...WA Cabernet—- not bad for a Tuesday!

Mar 30th, 2020Very soft and full, a silky giant. Cassis, mulberry, and dark, dark cherry. Cherry skin finish with a touch of bay leaf, bread crust, and vanilla aromatics. Smooth.

Mar 24th, 2019Juice bomb! Low tannins for a Cabernet, but such a lovely bouquet of fruit. Ripe notes of plum, pomegranate, raspberry, red currant, red cherry, & subtle strawberry. Nice mix of juicy fruit & stewed fruit. Subtle tar & dry tobacco. Lightly dry finish. Medium-plus acidity. I’m torn between wanting more oak and loving that the lack of oak allows the fruit to really shine.
