Smooth. Starts out a little sweet, but the oak blows off after a bit. Could use some more structure but tastes pretty good!

Very soft and full, a silky giant. Cassis, mulberry, and dark, dark cherry. Cherry skin finish with a touch of bay leaf, bread crust, and vanilla aromatics. Smooth.

Juice bomb! Low tannins for a Cabernet, but such a lovely bouquet of fruit. Ripe notes of plum, pomegranate, raspberry, red currant, red cherry, & subtle strawberry. Nice mix of juicy fruit & stewed fruit. Subtle tar & dry tobacco. Lightly dry finish. Medium-plus acidity. Iā€™m torn between wanting more oak and loving that the lack of oak allows the fruit to really shine.

Second wine of the night. Plenty of cherry, red currant, tobacco leaf, and vanilla. A decent Washington Cabernet but it didn't hold up as well as the Three Sticks Pinot. A little too hot of a finish. Might improve in 5 to 7 years.
