Nice wine for an evening.... Although very light for a Shiraz up front. Nice body, great mouthfeel... Strawberry raspberry finish. Pinot- noir-ish in many ways when just opened up. Made to sit for a while turns Into a good mature Shiraz. Loved the complexity.,

Another great SA red Shiraz from Graham Beck. Silky smooth with nice fruit and a bit of spice. Great with short ribs!
