Very light, easy to drink in its own. Definitely needed a bit of time to breathe but not long (in my opinion).

I’ve loved this bottle of wine for the better part of a decade, mostly because it was the bottle I drank the most in my year of travel, writing, unemployment, and self discovery.

Sometimes a wine enters your life and transcends its own merit, mixing with the moment in your life when the whole creates more value than the sum of its parts.

Perfumed leather, tobacco, cinnamon, crushed blueberries in the bouquet.

Marmalade silky texture and mouthfeel. Little more viscous. Cherry pie, smoky like a cigar room in a great way.

Would pair great with a hearty paella.
