Surprising wine at Omakase in Kyoto. Nice fragrant floral nose though palate a bit thin and acidic with long finish. However paired so well with the dishes.

日本人のブレンダーが作った甲州ワイン。渋目を感じるミディアムボディ。酸味は少なく、お肉料理か脂っこい料理にお勧め。オーク樽で醸造した香りが残り、後味スッキリする赤ワイン。
