Pretty pronounced malo notes and oak tend to mute relatively mellow tropical fruit. Nose shows a fascinating chalky minerality that's lost on the palate. Gotta wonder how it'd be with a lighter winemaking hand.

Sweet citrus, apricots, and jasmine flower scents jump out of the glass. Plush, juicy in the mouth and a mouthwatering finish. If white Burgundy had a younger, spunky cousin this would be it.
