Prunus Private Selection Dão Encruzado Blend
Dão, Beiras, PortugalA lot of minerality on the nose, some apricot, some lemon pith, some almonds. Round on the palate, tart lemons but not a lot of acidity, strong minerals. Went well with our shrimp risotto but otherwise kind of flabby and not great.

A FRESH JUICY PALATE AND MOUTHWATERING LONG FINISH, PERFECT WITH SEAFOOD, FRESH FISH, CHICKEN DISHES AND CREAMY PASTA.
