Picked in dec put in a meat locker and has 33% residual they have 40 bottle frozen at -6. Viognier a vey sweet wine with lots of residual bit has wonderful balance a very clean zesty finish. Finish 55+ barrell fermented a lot of botrytis and other funky stiff. Killer!!
