Really nice nose of blackberries, cured meat, black pepper, and smoke.
Palate is nice and juicy with blackberries, dried cherry, and hints of spice and a touch of sweet oak in the finish. Good acidity with softish tannin.
Tasty, balanced, and drinkable. Good stuff and nice with a leaner cut of beef.
