Pale lemon in colour. White flowers and fresh yuzu on the nose. Bubbles that stay, with a lot of fresh green herbs on the palate, with mild acidity, and light notes of tangerine peel on the palate.

paired lovely with rice filled vine leaves and home made tzatziki, green leaves salad and a very delicious Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie).
