Top Notes For
Interesting white blend from Rioja. Wouldn’t call it the most balanced wine - but was still enjoyable. Slightly buttery, not much fruit - maybe slight taste of green mango. High acid, medium+ body. Bounces around the mouth. Good for summer evening drinking when you want something heavier than a Sav B but not a full on Chardonnay.

Dec 29th, 2017Didn't really enjoy it at the beginning but it changed a bit after a while. Initially missing balance, starting with higher acidity covering everything else, nose is sharp & mineral but rather bitter. Barely hard to feel any fruit, slightly butter but with time become interesting. Finishes long with fruit stone bitterness, some undefined citrus fruit (cumquat??), so that's why half star upgrade.
