An intriguing Chardonnay. It does not follow the typical cookie-cutter formula. Spicy and zesty citrus flavours on the front of the palate, lead to some toasted nutty and old-furniture flavours that are more typical of Oloroso sherry on the back palate. Nice complexity and length of finish for a white wine. I’m not a big Chardonnay fan, but this I like. If you like Oloroso sherry, you’ll love this Chardonnay.
