This one was definitely more to the malolactic side. Had a very interesting nose of honey and graham cracker. The entry was very full bodied and much more on The buttery side. The entry had a combination of stone-ground fruits and melon. The middle and finish is where this one actually turns rather soft and starts to develop a buttery side which is pretty significant. One of the only white wines that was open tonight and really glad I was able to grab a little bit of it. Again not the best Chardonnay I've ever had, but it did the job it needed to do.
