Dec 9th, 2018Firm, structured, linear. Not unlike a a GG Riesling, yet with a salty tang - an Atlantic wine. Pure, great acidity, peaches & lemons. This is 5 months lees aged and needs a bit of time to open up. Brilliant stuff.
