Rustic, orange in color with a off-dry, slightly nutty flavour. Add some oxidized apples and dried fruits (mainly apricots) as well as a slight tannic grip and you get the idea. A bit special and not for everyone. Came with several bugs which only added to the rustic farm-charm. Treat this wine as an orange wine (which just happens to have a bit of bubbles) , to go with a bowl of fried fish/small shellfish.
