2011 Excellent with brook trout with vinegarette sauce. Crisp, clean and full bodied. Lack of wood emphasizes the flavor of green apples and fresh grapes.

2013. Pale lemon green. Nose of lime, hint of smoke, a little grassy, grapefruit. Crisp acid, bit of heat from alcohol, body with stainless steel smooth texture, citrus and minerals in the mouth. Medium finish. Very fresh.
