Wild yeast, 25-35% new oak, 100 oak fermentation and ageing.
Pungent nose, primary nose of fresh lime, fresh lemon juice.
Pungent on the palate of stone fruit, peach, red apple, soft on the palate, comfortable and fresh acidity. Long lasting

Highly pronounced New World Chandonnay with Medium (+) acidity. Some ripe tropical and stone fruit flavour. MLF delivers the addition of buttery/nuttiness, while oak gives it some oomph, or sweet vanilla. #wsetschool

2013. Pale lemon yellow. Nose of vanilla, wood spice, green nut, ripe pineapple. Crisp acid, round body, very well integrated smooth oak. Lime and pineapple and roasted hazelnuts in the mouth. Lingering finish of vanilla and pineapple. Very well balanced.
