Wallace Barossa Valley Shiraz Grenache
78% Shiraz, 22% Grenache. A really fun, enjoyable, albeit simple Barossa Valley blend that’s quite rewarding after even just a 30-minute decant. Vegetal, ripe red & black fruits, spices, licorice, sage, and violet. Quite balanced and unobtrusive considering the power these varietals are capable of dishing out.

Jul 26th, 2020Well executed wine, maybe too young. Shows complexity and signs of the hot climate where it's grown, together with spice from the wood and lots of smoke and cocoa. Although the flavour intensity is high, the lack of acidity at this stage might not allow development with ageing
