This puppy needs either 10 more years in the bottle or a 5 hour decant. Almost undrinkable out of the bottle but much better at the 4 hour mark.

Young, yes. Beautiful, absolutely!! Lots of ripe plum, back cherry. Nice spice. Great length of finish....can you tell I like it...!?!

Very nice Australian Shiraz, a bit fruity, not peppery but still very good.
