This wine exploded with chocolate, leather and walnuts. Truly an amazing vintage and truly a wine that can change the mind of anyone that doesn't like Italian wines. #liquidartristy

2004 vintage. Initial pour was hot and disjointed. But given an hour or so in the decanter it really bloomed. Still young, more primary flavours, but the balance, harmony and weightlessness was standard Quintarelli. Awesome stuff.
