Pian Cavallo Dolcetto d'Alba

No notes but to emphasize the obvious: boy, this goes Zelig with air. Starts off Beaujolais like, slightly unripe blackberries, crunchy cranberries & shortish finish ( like Dolcetto!) but ends (& would keep going!) as absurdly satisfying, elegant even with a very earthy palate of wild berries & pitch perfect snap. Yum.
