Dolcetto D'Alba
Food friendly, nice depth and a little funk, slight tannins. Earthy.

Jan 21st, 2020Let it breathe just a bit. But it’s as nice a dolcetto as i’ve had in years. Not fruit-forward, good balance. Excellent with roasted chicken and a little chard with tahini. And it’s less than $20!
