Morassina Barbera d'Alba

When a wine is integrated like this one, I find it hard to point out the elements. Fruity, well balanced oak, nice acidity, hinge of ripe cherry sweetness. Lasting finish. Spot on at this age and worth the wait. Great pairing with Tagliatelle Bolognese.
