Rich Gold in colour. My first sticky made from Garganega (Soave). Notes of Honey Apricot Almond and hints of Olive. Not as rich and sweet as its golden colour might suggest. More Spatlese than Auslese in style. Restrained and very enjoyable.

Oct 9th, 2017A passito unlike anything I’ve had from Italy. The raisiny brown sugar spice of a Vin Santo, crossed with the almondy stonefruity richness of a Zibibbo. But with a honey purity that seems almost Sauternes-like. Very good.
