Solid SMG blend thats on the lighter and delicate side. Very soft red and black fruits and more earth, game, and cigar ash forward. Wishing for a little more concentration and a little less noticeable oak. Good value. Day 2 much more generous and lifted nose and palate, oak has resided quite a bit. More impressed w/ the 13.5% abv and overall balance.

Absolutely delicious. If I didn't look at the label I would of immediately thought southern France. Earthy, and meaty, with subtle fruit. Washington state is damn good at this style.

Tastes just like what I expect French style GSM to taste like. Wonderful red fruit notes on initial palette, nice tanic grip and lingering spicy action on the back end (spicy like black pepper and cloves).
